About AHF AHF Philippines

AHF Philippines works with the Department of Health (DOH) at the central level, coordinates with the the DOH regional offices and local health offices to ensure that its programs, projects and activities are aligned with that of the national response.

Along with policy advocacy and improvement, AHF works with the Philippine National AIDS Council (PNAC) to enure that partners and sites are in compliance with existing regulations and guidelines, and works collaboratively in proposing new policies that would support and improve HIV program implementation in the country.

Part of our fundamental work is to provide HIV testing in our clinics to all who seek it, free from judgment. All tests are confidential and the results are quick. Patients who are found positive are linked into care and given support. Our primary mission statement is to provide, “Cutting edge medicine and advocacy regardless of ability to pay.”

AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), Los Angeles-based, is a global nonprofit organization providing cutting-edge medicine and advocacy to over 1.5 million people in 45 countries. We are currently the largest provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the world.

AHF funds its mission to rid the world of AIDS through a network of pharmacies, thrift stores, healthcare contracts and other strategic partnerships. Generating new, innovative ways of treatment, prevention and advocacy has been the hallmark of our success.

Since 1987, AHF has cared for thousands of people living with HIV and AIDS worldwide. As we create and implement new programs in communities across the U.S. and abroad, we expand delivery of healthcare and influence over policy with the aim of saving more lives.
